2020 Highlights
During the year of challenging circumstances, MicroAutomation:
- Was a 2020 Winner across the entire U.S. of the Fast 100 Asian American Businesses for continued robust growth – even during tough economic times
- Developed and deployed our OmniMonitor product to our Nations leading National Public Health Agency for COVID-19 illness moniroting by text that supports contact tracing
- Received the North America Aspect Innovation Partner of the Year Award from the leading contact center cloud provider, Aspect
- Was awarded a multi-year contract with the Pentagon to implement our Next Generation 9-1-1 call handing solution, Omni911
Aspect Innovation Partner of the Year Award
Aspect Software, announced at the ACE Anywhere 2020 virtual event, that MicroAutomation was named North America Innovation Partner of the Year for 2020. MicroAutomation has proudly leveraged the Aspect platform to drive innovation through self-service and automation, creating effortless experiences while reducing operational costs, both before and during the COVID-19 outbreak.
What is new in 2021?
MicroAutomation:
- Launched a Vaccine Text-to-Register application to administer and monitor COVID-19 vaccinations by State and Local Government Agencies
- Announced a strategic partnership with Tyto Athene on the collaboration of Omni911 and Acuity NG 9-1-1
- Is leveraging our AI and Speech Analytics capabilities to be able to transcribe and translate speech and text in real-time for communications centers
- Is now offering a CAD, Map, and Analytics features as part of our Next Generation 9-1-1 capabilities
