In this position, you will aggressively prospect, develop, and manage new public safety accounts. You will be responsible for driving new business development and converting prospective clients into customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers while developing client and partner referrals.

In this creative engineering role, you will report directly the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Your primary responsibility will be to assist/lead the development of technical architecture and solutions for our customers to support contact center specific solutions – including inbound and outbound Interactive Voice Response (IVR), multi-channel customer interaction, agent Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) enablement, and hosted and premise-based architectures. We work closely with leading technology manufacture’s to provide integrated best practices solutions, with significant customer Return on Investment (ROI). As a critical part of the sales process, you will learn not only the technology but also the sales process to help win the deal. You will be responsible for directly engaging with the sales team and the customer to understand the relevant requirements, utilize your understanding of the relevant technical alternatives, assess advantages and disadvantages of each, and develop the recommended solution and technical architecture. Then, support the sales team in articulating the recommendation directly with the customer or in support of a proposal activity – for both new prospects, and existing customers.
In this critical role the successful candidate will have the responsibility for selling contact center technology solutions to enterprise customers. This includes developing leads from initial point of contact to ultimate decision makers – both self-generated leads and from leads generated as a result of the company’s marketing strategies and partner relationships. For each qualified lead, it is expected that you will be able to develop a relevant value proposition, present the company’s available solutions, and drive the opportunity to close. In order to be successful, you will need to effectively leverage the company’s technical resources and subject matter experts to bring the full capability of the company to bear. This is a sales hunter position with key performance metrics including prospect calls, qualified meetings and pipeline development.
This position will lead the development of technical architecture and solutions for our customers to support NG9-1-1 specific solutions – including state and local Public-Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), DoD, and campus 911 solutions. This role will demand high standards and technical acumen in NG9-1-1 and upcoming technologies that will define the industry. This sales engineering role is an integral part of our organization and reports directly to the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This position is open to local and remote candidates.
This position will provide technical assistance to our Crystal City, VA based Government client. Responsibilities include the design, delivery and sustainment of our NG911 solution. Additionally, you will assist in resolving client and server application issues, troubleshooting network or telephony issues, configuration of client and server operating systems within a VM infrastructure, and using secure DoD VPN remote connections to provide immediate support. This position will be required to commute to a secure Government location and will be deemed on call for onsite support, if needed, at that location with other similar staff outside of normal working hours.
