MicroAutomation Adds Proven NG9-1-1 Solutions Architect to Sales Team

Centreville, VA – February 24, 2022. MicroAutomation, a leading provider of next generation crucial communication solutions, announces the appointment of Bill Hail to their Sales team as Director-Solutions Architect, Public Safety.

Bill comes to MicroAutomation with over 25 years of experience in System Design and Project Implementation within the Telecommunications and Public Safety industries. He has extensive technical expertise with Next Generation 9-1-1 and Enhanced-911 solutions including Call Handling, ESInet Integrations, Data Communications, Telephony Switching, Architecture and Design, and more. In previous positions with other 9-1-1 Call Handling industry leaders, Bill provided Sales Engineering and Project Management Support for Accounts in over 20 different states.
