Omni911 advanced NG9-1-1-ready emergency operations solutions are certified by the Department of Defense

MicroAutomation, a recognized leader in NextGen 9-1-1 solutions, announced today that the company’s Omni911 products have passed certification by the DoD’s Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC). JITC, part of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), conducts the highest level of information assurance (IA), interoperability (IO) and cybersecurity (CS) testing for systems developed to operate within the DoD. These certifications are generally accepted as the gold standard for all mission critical applications in the public sector. The Omni911 platform is a software-based NG9-1-1 solution providing call handling, incident handling (CAD), and mapping (GIS) in Virtual Machine (VM) or dedicated server configurations. All solutions are fully compliant with NENA i3 standards, capable of operating in a premise-based or hosted environment. It is built to serve the unique needs of both civilian Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP), DoD Emergency Communications Centers (EOC), and Command and Control requirements. It seamlessly interfaces with legacy phone switches and IP-based Local Session Controllers with the ability to connect with new NG9-1-1 ESInet environments. This latest version of Omni911 will be available on the MicroAutomation’s GSA Schedule 70, through the company’s network of systems integration partners and directly as a US-based small business manufacturer.
