In this critical role the successful candidate will have the responsibility for selling contact center technology solutions to enterprise customers. This includes developing leads from initial point of contact to ultimate decision makers – both self-generated leads and from leads generated as a result of the company’s marketing strategies and partner relationships. For each qualified lead, it is expected that you will be able to develop a relevant value proposition, present the company’s available solutions, and drive the opportunity to close. In order to be successful, you will need to effectively leverage the company’s technical resources, subject matter experts and Practice executives to bring the full capability of the company to bear. This is a sales hunter position with key performance metrics including prospect calls, qualified meetings and pipeline development.
