Entry-Level Software Developer Call Center Solutions

Position Overview

MicroAutomation Inc. is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Software Developer to join our team and help build and support call center and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong interest in learning new technologies and working with modern platforms to integrate voice systems with advanced AI services. This role involves developing and maintaining IVR applications, building web-based tools, and contributing to the evolution of next-generation voice systems

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand call center technologies and IVR system architecture.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain IVR applications using Java and VXML.
• Support and troubleshoot existing applications and call flows.
• Develop web applications and dashboards using HTML, CSS, Node.js, React
• Work with SQL databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
• Collaborate with senior developers and managers to design scalable solutions.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of applications.
• Continuously learn and adopt new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages
• e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET
• Basic understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, REACT, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and voice platforms.
• Interest in AI-driven conversational systems or voice automation
• Knowledge or exposure to AWS cloud services
