We formed a partnership with NowAnalytics to serve as a North American partner focusing on contact center and customer service metrics. With a focus on Six Sigma and alignment of contact center metrics to corporate goals, NowAnalytics provides an analytical approach to operational management. We expanded our consulting services to include NowAnalytics to align the customer service operations to the overall corporate strategy.
