Caliber Public Safety, formerly InterAct, was founded in 1975 with the goal of providing streamlined, automated dispatch and mapping software solutions for public safety agencies. Over the years the company has grown to over 2600 customers and has pioneered many developments in public safety cloud computing and data sharing. As the company grew, it expanded its product line to include records management, mobile data and offender management systems. InterAct was recently acquired by Constellation Software Inc and consolidated under Caliber Public Safety. InterAct, as part of Caliber Public Safety, serves many communities throughout North America by delivering market driven software solutions and technology for public safety clients. Because first responders from various agencies put their lives on the line for citizens every single day, Caliber’s priority is to provide products that ensure the highest level of care for their mission: To help protect and serve, when seconds count.

InterAct’s software only approach to Public Safety aligns with our goal of providing reliable, flexible, and scalable public safety solutions for Federal, State, Local, and Campus 911 environments.
